Art Activism Community Hub
"A|R|T Lab, Artivism, Research and Tactics in Community” is a multipurpose space with a mission to build a culture of more art activists in the state, learning and making in this space, and seeing how art can impact civic engagement.
Access to creative tools and civic engagement education is crucial in empowering folks to use their own voices to access their civic power.
The Womxn Project Education Fund has moved their four years of activism on the streets and in the State House as well as all over the state to be centralized in their A|R|T Lab — an established creative space for civic action — as a community hub where hundreds of people can learn, be inspired, and practice art activism that amplifies messages of real, democratic hope.

As a new Board member of The Womxn Project Education Fund (TWPEF) and as someone deeply committed to community change, join me in supporting this organization's A|R|T Lab.
My parents’ activism in the NAACP taught me that engaged citizens drive progress, and my own work as an artist has shown me how art can unite and empower communities.
TWPEF is launching a new artivism initiative to boost civic participation across Rhode Island. We’re training 20 leaders and 200 community members to advance rights for all, building on our legacy of advocacy for reproductive and LGBTQ+ rights.
I hope you’ll join me in supporting this vital work. Your donation directly powers community engagement and leadership in every Rhode Island town. Thank you for making change possible.
