The Womxn Project is proud to participate in many of the Pride events occurring across Rhode Island this June. Participating in a month founded on a riot not only gatherings builds community, and keeps momentum strong as we collectively work towards protecting and preserving the rights of all people in Rhode Island, but also reminds us the power of the people swings towards social justice.

Pride 2025 Officially Begins
The Womxn Project was witness to Govenor McKee's signing of the Pride Month Proclamation on June 3, 2025 where he and all our executive leaders declared their protecting the 2LGBTQIA+ communities. We look forward to working with them and holding them to their word.
Providence Pride 2025
The Womxn Project is honored to be named the 2025 Grand Marshal of Providence's Pride Parade this Saturday, June 21! Themed 'Unapologetically Proud,' TWP's work is being recognized for building a strong network of care, support and activism throughout RI's 39 towns and cities.
Protecting Our Communities
Enshrining bodily freedoms and equality in our communities can be accomplished by collective action to stand up and influence policy makers in city and town government. Join our grassroots movement as we continue effective work around the State with introverted and extroverted methods. There is room for all of us!
