Rhode Island has a political consent problem. It is our right to understand how our government works so we can shape progress! Civic engagement is vital to a more just and joyful world for all.

RI4All: Our Mission

We believe Rhode Island has a political consent problem. If not everyone understands how our government works, how can we all help shape our state's future?

The Womxn Project Education Fund (TWPEF) believes that broad civic engagement is vital to a more just and joyful Rhode Island.

TWPEF artists, writers, and performers created the RI4All public education video series to help everyone understand governmental rules, norms, and systems in a way that is fun and accessible. Our goal is to demystify the political process and encourage all Rhode Islanders to get involved!

Many hands really do make light work! Generous support from a local matching-grant donor, funding from the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities, and the incredible collaboration of Rhode Island experts, artists, and organizers were all foundational to creating the RI4All civic education series.

Rhode Island Council for the Humanities

RI4All was made possible through major funding support from the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities, an independent state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities. The Council seeds, supports, and strengthens public history, cultural heritage, civic education, and community engagement by and for all Rhode Islanders. Any views, findings, conclusions, or recommendations expressed in RI4All do not necessarily represent those of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
